Global Community Care Training session includes awareness of the COVID-19 situation, how to promote hygiene, PPE, and physical distancing measures and how to keep the workplace safe in a post-COVID-19 environment.

Companies that complete the training will be given a certificate displayed showing the public they have awareness of the COVID19 situation and are aware of infection control procedures in this time to operate as business as usual. Which will also include Health and safety measures in place to welcome their customers and employees safely.

This awareness session will enable staff to use the correct approach to tackle the COVID19 situation. We will also discuss the importance of keeping these measures in place until further notice from the Government Guidelines.

The training provided will give the opportunity to employers/employees to be aware of the situation and how to handle difficult costumers, who are not willing to follow the infection control procedures. This is a awareness course which is carried out at your work place which is no more than one hour.  Companies can take simple steps to keep everyone safe.
